It is certainly a pleasure to write to you about the excellent service you provided to Rhonda and I. From the very beginning, Eddie help us to feel relaxed about dealing with the loan process. It had been a while since we had applied for a mortgage, so we were a little nervous. Eddie’s demeanor was rather soothing. He knew how to get the job done in an efficient way and helped the process along when things got slowed down at the end of the process. I would gladly do business with Eddie again in the future, and would recommend his service to those who are needing such. Eddie will take good care of you. Before contacting Mr. Eddie Knoell we applied for a loan at Wells Fargo bank where a representative wasted almost five hours of our time in two meetings. Mr. Knoell did the same thing in about ten minutes by telephone and the closing costs were about $2000 lower. The interest rate was also lower. We are quite happy with Mr. Knoell’s service.
