Eddie and his entire staff were wonderful. They helped us through the very intense process of purchasing a second home, while trying to sell the first home. Eddie and his team were professional, courteous, and very quick to reply to any and all questions. My fiance and I were buying a short-sale property and were in a bit of a time crunch. There had already been an extension granted for the process in order to satisfy the mortgage insurance Co (not Eddie’s fault), and we were told another extension wouldn’t be granted. We were facing a hard deadline that was coming up FAST. To make matters worse, my fiance had just recently signed up for a new Target credit card late in the process, not thinking about how it could affect the process. We were very concerned that we might lose the property and have to start the whole process over and look for a new place. However during the time all this was taking place, home values were going up so fast that we wouldn’t be able to afford another property like this if we lost it, it was all or nothing. Our agent let Eddie and his team know this, and instead of just saying “we’ll do our best”, they really stepped up and made sure things happened as soon as they possibly could. Eddie and his team were extremely prompt and courteous when replying to any questions or concerns we had. I have a feeling that if this were left to another lender we’d be getting an apology as to why it didn’t go through vs a great big “CONGRATULATIONS!” from Eddie and his team when they completed the loan a full day before the hard deadline came up! I’m a landlord with too many properties to qualify for loans from everyone else. I was trying to refinance my primary residence – just replace my 30 year loan with a 15 year – no cash out with a low loan to value. I had no debt but real estate, lots of equity, documented cash flow, and an excellent credit score with no derogatory items. Prior to the current lending rules, I had qualified for well over 100 full-doc mortgages over the last 35 years without ever being turned down. I had searched around for a long time. Nobody could do the refinance. I talked to Eddie, and within a day he found a lender who could do it – and at a great rate 3.875% fixed. He was patient – always there for a phone call. He kept me very well informed all through the process. I’m real pleased with Eddie’s services and would highly recommend him.
